The earlier the better — especially for month-of coordination and full planning, where availability fills up quickly. For most couples, booking 12–18 months out is ideal. Pricing is based on the service and will be outlined clearly in a contract before anything is confirmed. Payments are split into installments — starting with a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance structured according to your contract. You'll receive the contract before any payment is made, so everything is transparent and protected on both sides. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
